It's Canada this weekend for the American Le Mans Series, and one of Oliver's favourite circuits, Mosport.  "I really like this track so I'm looking forward to an enjoyable weekend.  It's also Ron's home circuit so it will be a strong event for Corvette Racing.  Unfortunately there is more 'fiddling with performance balancing' going on and we will have slightly smaller restrictors. We'll have to see how much stronger that makes the Aston Martins and whether we can use strategy and tactics to steal the victory from them again, as we did at Road America."

The race is the 8th in the 2006 series and with just two more events after Mosport the championship position is still very tight.  Oliver and Olivier lead Ron and Johnny by 12 points with Tomas Enge and Darren Turner just 3 points further back in third.  Darren won't be able to score points at Mosport as he will be back in the UK on duty for Seat in the British Touring Car Championship but Peter Kox will be taking his seat in an effort to score as many points for Tomas as possible.

The race takes place on Sunday at 3.00 pm local time and can be seen live on Motors TV at 8.00pm UK time.
